I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach & and Personal Trainer, specializing in helping women 50+ improve their nutrition, reduce inflammation, regain strength, and build habits that actually stick.
My approach is simple and realistic. I don’t believe in diets, extremes, or punishment workouts. I focus on sustainable nutrition, strength-building movement, and routines that fit real life—because that’s what works long-term.
