I have a passion for fitness and helping individuals reach their own fitness goals. Helping people stay active at any age while instilling a healthy lifestyle brings joy to myself and those I help. With my experience training individuals along with my Associates of Applied Science Majoring in Fitness I will set you up for success. If working out in a class or group environment is something you enjoy, I also teach Cycling, TRX and Group classes for teens. I am certified with the American College of Sports Medicine and hold a certificate in Functional Movement System. I was selected by West Valley City as the recipient of the 2019 Best of West Valley City in the category of Personal Trainer. When I'm not training or teaching my other passion is running as I’m an active runner completing 41 Half Marathons and 5 Marathons.
